Everything you need to know about delivery estimates, tracking, separate parcels and receiving your Scooth Pet order.

From checkout to your door

We will keep you informed along the way.

Delivery options, available destinations and any applicable charges are calculated using the information entered at checkout.

Order confirmed

Once checkout is complete, we send a confirmation email containing the details of your order.

Prepared and dispatched

Your order is prepared for shipment. When tracking is available, it is sent after dispatch.

Delivered to you

Follow the carrier updates and make sure somebody can receive the parcel where required.

Delivery destinations

Scooth Pet currently focuses on customers in the United Kingdom. The destinations that we can serve are confirmed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Certain remote areas, islands, postcodes or restricted locations may have limited delivery options or may require additional time.

Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge is displayed before you complete your purchase. Charges may vary depending on the order, destination, product type and delivery service available.

Please check your checkout summary. The total shown at checkout is the most relevant delivery price for your order and address.

Delivery estimates

Where available, an estimated delivery window is shown on the product page, during checkout or in your order communications. Estimates are provided as guidance rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery timing can be affected by factors including:

  • the destination and local carrier network;
  • product availability and order processing;
  • weekends and public holidays;
  • seasonal demand and promotional periods;
  • severe weather, transport disruption or other events outside our control.

Processing and dispatch

Orders go through a preparation period before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time and may differ between products.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or high-demand periods may begin processing on the next available working day.

We may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has entered processing. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout. It can take some time for the carrier's system to display the first update after dispatch.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting a dispatch email and cannot see it in your inbox.

Orders arriving in separate parcels

Products in the same order may occasionally be prepared or shipped separately. As a result, your items may arrive in different parcels, with different tracking references and on different days.

A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that the remaining item is missing. Review all tracking messages before contacting us.

Checking your delivery address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please check the postcode, building number, flat number and contact details before placing your order.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but an address cannot always be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be paid before an order can be sent again.

Delays, missed deliveries and collection

If your parcel is delayed, review the latest tracking information first. The carrier may provide a revised estimate, collection instructions or details of a delivery attempt.

Where a carrier requests collection or rearrangement, follow its instructions within the stated period. Parcels not collected or accepted may be returned to the sender.

Contact Scooth Pet if the estimated window has passed and there has been no meaningful tracking update.

Lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels

Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, or if it arrives visibly damaged.

For the fastest review, please provide:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photographs of the item, parcel, packaging and shipping label where relevant.

Do not dispose of damaged packaging or products until our team has reviewed the information and provided instructions.
