How much is delivery?

Delivery is free anywhere in the UK on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive in 4-7 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing and delivery estimates are set out on our Delivery Info page, and the estimate for your specific order is confirmed in your dispatch email along with tracking.

What if it is not right for my pet?

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase. Email us to start one and we will send you the instructions and the return address.

Is it safe to pay here?

Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's checkout, which is encrypted and PCI compliant. Your card number is never seen or stored by us.
